The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. Bloomies Handmade will always ship to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Packages that go missing via United States Postal Services (USPS) will be offered store credit (no refunds) or a replacement after 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.
Packages that are marked as delivered, but not received by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and the customer’s local Post Office Branch to track down. Prior to filing a claim, please check with your neighbors, next to your porch or your back door for the package. If your package does not turn up, please contact your post office to file a claim (Priority packages only) or to get in touch with your delivery-person for the details of where/when they left your package.
Due to the unique nature of our handmade hair accessories, each piece is unique and there is a small chance you will receive a piece slightly different than you expected or see in the sample pictures (color, size, etc.). There are no exchanges.
Once the order has been received, we can refund your order in full (less shipping). We accept returns within 30 days of original shipment date.
We warranty every hair accessory to be in using condition and free of defects before time of shipping. If you have received a damaged product, it may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date in exchange for the same or equal-value hair accessory at our discretion.
Bloomies Handmade reserves the right to restrict or disallow exchanges or refunds for any reason.
